Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, you must message us. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred one time per appointment booking within 72hrs. Deposits are forfeitted if an appointment is cancelled and not rebooked at the time of cancellation. Cancellations within 48hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment to be able to rebook in the future and pre-payment will be required for all future appointments.
